The 2026 Final Collection is a year-end new construction sales event in Nashville, Tennessee from BDG Partners at Compass RE. Five local builders, Paragon Group, TímōSIX, Gotham, Red Seal Homes, and Urban Development Group, have opened eleven new construction homes in Charlotte Park, Sylvan Park, Green Hills, Lockeland Springs, Cleveland Park, the River District, Oak Hill, and Brentwood to written offers. Open houses run October 31 to November 15, 2026, and all offers are due Friday, November 20, 2026, at 5 p.m. CST.

Five respected Nashville builders have opened a limited collection of completed new homes to qualified offers before they begin their 2027 construction programs.
These homes are a small fraction of what each builder sold this year. Rather than carry them into another building season, the builders have agreed to consider written offers during one coordinated event.
This is not a clearance. Prices stay where they are. What changes is that for four weeks, these builders are reviewing every qualified offer that comes in, and they will answer every one in writing.
Tour the homes over three weekends. Find the one worth moving for. Then tell the builder what it would take to make it yours. When the collection is gone, it's gone.
Three Weekends to See Them All
Select homes are open to the public each weekend, check each listing for its exact day and time. Private showings are available any day with a little notice, through your agent or any BDG agent.

Tell the Builder What It Would Take
Offers are submitted through your real estate agent. If you are not working with an agent, a BDG Partners agent can represent you; request a showing and we will connect you.
For agents: what an event offer needs
- A written offer on the Tennessee Realtors purchase and sale agreement for the specific home.
- A lender pre-approval letter or proof of funds dated within 30 days.
- Proposed closing date. Builders are prioritizing closings on or before December 31.
- Contingencies spelled out: inspection, appraisal, financing, and any home-sale contingency.
- Earnest money amount and any requested seller concessions.
Builders review all offers on each home together after the deadline. Every written offer receives a written response, accept, counter, or decline, by Monday, November 23. Builders retain full discretion over acceptance, rejection, and counteroffers.

What Buyers Are Asking
Are these homes discounted?
No. Every home is listed at its current asking price. What the event offers is a defined window in which the builders are reviewing every qualified written offer and answering each one in writing.
Can I buy before November 20?
Yes. You can submit an offer at any time during the event, and a builder may accept it before the deadline. The deadline is the last moment to get an offer in, not the first.
Do I need an agent?
Offers come through a licensed agent. If you don't have one, a BDG Partners agent can represent you; ask us when you request a showing.
Will I know what other buyers offered?
No. Offers are confidential and presented only to the builder.
What if my offer isn't accepted?
You will hear back in writing by November 23. If a home receives no acceptable offer, the builder decides what happens next; some homes may remain available after the event.
Is this all of these builders' inventory?
No. These homes are a small fraction of what each builder sold in 2026. Once a home is under contract it is marked Pending here.
