A proud Tennessee native, I have called Nashville home for the past 26 years. I’m a family man first, raising our two boys—Kane (12) and Leo (6)—with my wife Alex. Nashville has been an incredible place to live, grow a career, and build long-term investments.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than two decades in technology sales, where I built a successful career working with clients across the country and around the world. That experience taught me how to build relationships, solve complex problems, and deliver results at a high level—skills I now bring directly to my real estate clients.

Real estate has always been part of my life. My family has owned and managed rental properties going back to my great-grandfather, making me a third-generation property manager. Naturally, I gravitated toward investing early and purchased my first rental property at just 25 years old. Since then, I’ve continued building experience and perspective as both an owner and investor.

Today, I work with residential buyers and sellers, while also focusing heavily on tax strategy through real estate for investors who want to build and preserve long-term wealth. The rental market has evolved dramatically over the years, especially with the rise of platforms like Airbnb and the growth of short-term rental investing. It’s an exciting and lucrative space for those who understand the opportunities.
