I’m a Nashville-based real estate advisor who works across both residential and commercial real estate throughout Middle Tennessee. That means one day I’m helping a family land their dream home in Williamson County, and the next I’m walking an investor through a retail site in Germantown or an office lease in Cool Springs. I love the mix. Real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are my clients.

I got into this business because I’ve always been fascinated by how real estate shapes people’s lives. I grew up watching Nashville change from a quiet Southern city into one of the most exciting markets in the country. Getting to help people be part of that still feels pretty incredible.

Since 2014, I’ve helped clients close over $100 million in real estate transactions, everything from luxury homes and condos to office buildings and investment properties. I treat every deal like it’s my own money on the line, because that’s what I’d want if I were in your shoes. Commercially, I represent tenants, landlords, and investors in office, retail, and mixed-use properties across Middle Tennessee. I’ve sat on both sides of the table, so I know how to structure a deal that works for everyone.
