His client-first approach and deep market knowledge have earned him a strong reputation among both individual buyers and seasoned investors.

Before co-founding BDG Partners, Brandon served as Managing Partner of The Knox Team, which achieved the distinction of #1 Listing Team (2018, 2020–2023) and #1 Selling Team (2021–2023) by the Greater Nashville REALTORS®. Under his leadership, the team closed over 4,000 real estate transaction sides with a total volume exceeding $1 billion. From 2016 to 2022, The Knox Team was also recognized as the #1 New Construction Sales Team in the Nashville market.

Nationally, the team has been ranked by Real Trends as one of the Top 1,000 Real Estate Teams in the U.S. from 2019 through 2023. Prior to joining Compass RE in 2019, Brandon led The Knox Team at Keller Williams from 2018 to 2019 and at Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty from 2013 to 2018. He began his real estate career in New York City, where he spent 6 years with The Corcoran Group, managing The Knox Team and closing more than $100 million in sales across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Brandon was born and raised just southwest of Austin, Texas, on a horse ranch in a family of entrepreneurs. His mother, a self-made real estate investor, flipped homes for both resale and long-term rentals. From an early age, Brandon was exposed to the ins and outs of real estate strategy, deal structure, and hands-on property improvements. He holds a BS in Business Entrepreneurship and an AS in Acting for Film and Television.

In addition to his work at Compass, Brandon is the Co-Founder of BDG Investments, a real estate clearinghouse platform designed to simplify complex deals. By aligning investors, builders, agents, and banks, BDG helps reduce risk, improve efficiency, and create better outcomes for everyone involved. It’s a smarter system for real estate transactions: built to protect all parties, ensure accountability, and maximize returns.

Brandon is also the owner of L.A.N.D. Group, LLC, a Nashville-based investment company that partners with regional developers on boutique new construction projects throughout the area.

Brandon lives in Nashville with his wife Bess, their daughter Bailey, their son Barrett, and their dog Blue.
