Zach Opheim

Zach is a seasoned expert in the Nashville core real estate and luxury markets, specializing in Nashville’s urban neighborhoods, midtown corridors, and suburbs across Williamson County and beyond. Based in Hillsboro Village, he lives and breathes the walkability, energy, and charm of Nashville, and leverages that passion to help clients find homes that match their lifestyle.

Originally from Chicago, Zach earned dual degrees in Finance and Accounting while playing collegiate basketball at Saint Xavier University. He moved to Nashville in 2012, starting his career at Wiles + Taylor & Co., PC. Over the next several years, he navigated diverse roles, from touring as a road manager to consulting for Warner Brothers. He returned to Wiles + Taylor to manage a team doing accounting for 20+ artists, writers, and producers before pivoting in 2018 into real estate, where he’s been combining his financial acumen, people skills, and Nashville knowledge to help clients build wealth, find their dream homes, and optimize their returns ever since.

With years of experience navigating complex financials and creative industries, Zach brings a unique perspective to his real estate transactions. He has guided hundreds of families, investors, and sellers through every phase of buying and selling. He is consistently recognized for his fiduciary approach to real estate, always putting clients first, and skilled negotiation across various price points. He’s a vocal advocate for his beliefs and puts this into action as a Board Director with Greater Nashville REALTORS®, Middle Tennessee’s largest professional real estate association.

And of course, he still plays basketball weekly, keeping that competitive spirit alive at ‘DadBall’!
